Cancellation Policy

Universal Terms (applies to all packages) Scheduling: Episodes must be booked in advance (lead times vary by package). Payments: Full payment is due at the time of booking. Add-ons are billed separately. Reschedules & Cancellations: Minimum notice required; late cancellations may result in forfeited fees. Content Rights: Flower Hour retains ownership of all produced content. Dispensaries/partners receive a non-exclusive license to use provided clips and media kits for their own marketing. Full episodes remain property of Flower Hour and cannot be altered without written consent. Pricing: Final pricing may vary depending on location, duration, staffing, and production requirements.
